6M Executives is currently seeking a Clean Energy Customer Service Specialist with the motivation and drive to ensure that we align our customers with clean energy solutions that best meet their individual needs while making an impact on the environment. This position will be part of a state-wide initiative to help transition the utility grid to community clean energy through creative outreach campaigns to increase consumer enrollment. The Clean Energy Customer Service Specialist will also have multiple opportunities to grow professionally as we expand our initiatives through their leadership, dedication, and hard work.

Our Clean Energy Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationships with local decision-makers
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations on renewable energy services to potential new clients
- Become an expert in renewable energy
- Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client rapport
- Educate potential and existing customers on clean energy solutions and ways to save money
- Confidently discuss options and close sales contracts
- Participate in company meetings to further education on clean energy initiatives
Our Clean Energy Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
- A 4-year degree is a plus
- Prior knowledge in Account Management, Sales, Clean Energy, or Customer Support
- Customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude
- Superb communication abilities both written and orally, with customers and staff
- Highly persuasive, self-disciplined & honest work ethic
- Confident in direct communication with consumers
- Effective time-management, written communication, and interpersonal skills
