Job Description

Seeking for a motivated and creative manufacturing engineer to be responsible for implementing and enhancing MES solutions specific to manufacturing operations. Develops, maintains and keeps

updated all technologies in the plants related to production execution and processes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Evaluates and develops manufacturing processes, improves manufacturing efficiency by

planning workflow, schedule, equipment layout and space requirements.

2. Create/develop MES roadmaps, processes and future technical updates.

3. Monitor MES impact on the manufacturing line efficiency and performance at the plants.

4. Develop training activities for MES and other manufacturing systems.

5. Manage multiple engineering projects that support plant operations.

6. Initiates and participates at the highest level in manufacturing reviews.

7. Create/update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

8. Applies advanced computer-aided engineering analysis techniques to resolve customer

concerns/problems.

9. Recommends improvements and/or modifications for sequence of operations, equipment

utilization and related matters.

10. Ensure process and equipment safety.

11. Modifies analysis techniques when necessary to solve more complex problems.

12. Evaluates product failures using advanced engineering techniques.

13. Compiles and analyzes test results; formulates conclusions and recommends direction to

the business.

14. Collaborate with cross functional teams, engineering design, test, quality and operations.

15. Experience with database and programming languages is a plus.

Job Skills Requirements

● Expert knowledge in own area of engineering concepts, practices and procedures and other

internal engineering standards and systems

● Strong knowledge of engineering systems

● Experienced with 2D/3D Modeling

● Comprehensive knowledge of company and competitor’s products and technical abilities of

suppliers

● Excellent understanding of company processes and procedures including, but not limited to

new product development process

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Strong written communication skills necessary for technical report writing

● Ability to lead a team

● Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Related field

Experience Requirements

● Ten years of professional engineering experience

Physical & Environmental Requirements

May require travel of a scheduled or urgent nature to review applications, discuss problems, visit

suppliers / customers, trade shows, etc.
