The EPC Regional Manager is responsible for oversight and management of multiple construction projects within an assigned region.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and provide leadership to project executives, project managers, site supervisors, and other construction professionals within the region.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and project updates.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business development teams to secure new projects and contracts.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage budgets for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to stay within budget constraints.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that construction projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, financial performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement risk management plans to minimize project disruptions and financial losses.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years Utility interconnection, PV solar and BESS construction experience is recommended.
- Proven experience in construction project management, budget forecasting, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Travel is required for this position.

$194,600.00 – $243,250.00
