Responsibilities:
- Set up and commissioning of battery pack on HV test bench, developing and executing test plans to meet program deliverables, navigating system level issues and performing troubleshooting/data analysis with appropriate stakeholders to properly progress.
- The engineer will work closely with the cross functional team to support program development and verification milestones in order to launch the product.
- Support meetings and carefully coordinate test plans with high efficiency and effectiveness to navigate timing compression.
- Support report-out of validation progress at vehicle gates, escalating support if needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- BSME, BSEE, BSCE – Minimum 1–3-year experience
- Understanding of Energy Storage Systems and Vehicle Electrification
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Familiar electrification architectures including EV, HEV, PHEV and BSG systems
- Highly Motivated with Self-Motivation
- DVP&R and DFMEA Basic Understanding
- Demonstrated Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- MSME or MSEE
- 3 Years of vehicle electrification engineering experience
- Advanced automotive battery design and testing experience
- Electrification integration or system validation
- Proficiency with CAN Communication, VECTOR tools, Canalyzer/Canoe and ETAS INCA
- Experience in Propulsion component dyno testing and automation
