Position Specific Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA

Automation Engineer to join our team at EverBright! The

Senior QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for

leading the implementation of our testing efforts via the

design and development of automated testing frameworks,

mentorship and guidance of junior QA engineers, and

utilization of industry-standard best practices in our testing

processes. This position offers the opportunity to work on

our latest features, as well as our crucial data warehousing

What You Will Do

  • Validate security and compliance policies.
  • Design and implement robust QA frameworks to test features in the sales application, including data visualization, dashboards, new landing pages, and migrations.
  • Automate tests for new and existing app features to ensure high-quality deployments.
  • Collaborate with development & Product Mgmt teams to understand feature requirements, participate in design reviews, and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Develop and execute data validation tests to ensure the accuracy of and completeness of data flow between applications.
  • Implement data testing methodologies for quick and robust validation.
  • Work cross-functionally to scale testing frameworks over all data pipelines
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers
  • Review and provide feedback on test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Ensure all test cases are executed and documented according to best practices and company standards.
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Continuously improve test coverage and automation scripts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in testing automation, and provide recommendations for improvement where sensible.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Go in-depth technically across multiple technologies including application, network, host/virtual machine, and cloud environment resources as you actively seek solutions to business-critical customer environments
  • Establish the root cause of errors and provide software and training solutions to improve customer experience
  • Work with product owners to prioritize system enhancements and influence product roadmaps to meet customer needs
  • Leverage advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to take on projects that drive process improvements and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate technical issues to non-technical customers in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 3+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s – Information Systems
  • Master’s Degree

The estimated base pay for this position is $95,200.00 to $142,800.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
