💼 Role Description:

As a Structured Finance Specialist, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, handling tax equity finance structuring, negotiations, and execution. You’ll also be responsible for project finance modeling, ensuring seamless financial closing of our renewable projects, and providing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support.

Your strategic insights will drive our long-term planning needs and contribute to the overall success of our initiatives.

📝 Responsibilities:

• Lead the transaction closing process.
• Contact with the main credit institutions for structuring the Project Finance.
• Hiring the required advisor to find the best Tax Equity Partner.
• Develop financial models and perform data / investment analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of Due Diligence.
• Research new deal opportunities.
• Assume transaction post-closing responsibilities.
• Coordinate with internal functions including Asset Management, Treasury and Operations.
• Interface with the counterparty as well as external service providers (accountants, advisors, brokers, lawyers).

🔑 Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other quantitative area.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Package.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years of Renewable Structured Finance experience.
• Native English proficiency (Spanish will be considered a plus!).
• Fiscal knowledge is a plus!
