Qualification Requirement:
- Education B Tech/BE degree/Management
- 10-20 years experience in either ITES/Engineering services business or deeper understanding of Aero Structures/Aero Engines/Aero Turbines/MRO/Aero Derivates for Power/Energy (Gas Power or Renewable energy)
- Deep connects at either GE Aerospace or GE Vernova in Engineering/IT/Manufacturing/Sourcing is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business transformation within Key accounts.
- Knowledge of Engineering & ITES outsourcing process, Eco system
- Increase Tata Technologies portfolio penetration and revenue growth on a mid and long-term basis.
- Deliver revenue and contribution margin plan on QoQ basis, by executing an overall sales strategy & ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap.
- Lead Customer Executive relationship and ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation.
- Build long term relationships with customer at C-level and business decision makers
- Increase customer intimacy & Network, manage overall customer satisfaction
- Open doors and identify new opportunities in new business segments
- Manage business relationship with both internal and customer stake holders, and device strategy and execution plan in achieving the defined targets across different products.
- Ability to understand customer problem statement into possible opportunities and drive the opportunity to closure
- Drive account strategy and execution plan for the strategy and Account Plan
- Account plan capturing the customers initiatives to solutions to opportunities, stake holder mapping, Competition and market intelligence and analytics in support of making strategic decisions.(use of Revenue Storm though not mandatory will be beneficial)
