As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects in the solar and power plant sectors.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction management, particularly in the Solar and Power Plant sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of solar and power plant construction projects. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and on-site personnel. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues that arise during the project to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee all construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring that financial objectives are met. Approve expenditures, manage change orders, and track project financial performance.

• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to. Coordinate with all project stakeholders to avoid delays.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Promote a culture of safety on the job site, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on solar and power plant projects.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and familiarity with renewable energy technologies.

• Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members at all levels.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and navigate complex project challenges.

• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed with precision and accuracy.
