About Us: 1 Earth Solar is a growing provider of solar energy solutions, committed to delivering high-quality installations and products. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solar Field Supervisor to join our team and ensure the successful installation and maintenance of our solar projects.

Job Description: The Solar Field Supervisor will oversee the installation crews, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with general contractors, ensure quality work and accuracy, close out jobs, and handle minor customer coordinating. This role requires a highly experienced solar electrician with management experience who understands the complete solar installation process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Oversee and manage installation crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the installation process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with general contractors to resolve any issues and ensure accurate installations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high standards of quality.
  • Project Closeout: Oversee the completion and documentation of projects.
  • Communicating: Coordinating with crews, general contractors, and occasionally customers over the phone. Documenting appropriate information on our database.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Management experience, with a strong ability to lead teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of solar installation processes and systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and team members.
  • Organization:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications:
  • Relevant electrical certifications are required.
