Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Training & Development Department as a Training Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and organization of training activities and department-managed initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and education, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Schedules and administers offerings through Cornerstone learning management software (LMS).
- Issues follow up correspondence as necessary through MS Outlook.
- Supports special initiatives managed the department with logistical and organizational support.
- Interfaces with Discipline Managers and Leads to coordinate upcoming training schedules.
- Manages logistics through Outlook and Teams which includes attendance recording, lunch arrangements and AV notifications.
- May help with MS Teams Breakout rooms, polls and meeting notes
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
