Job Description

TE Connectivitys Admin III supports the Project Management Office (PMO) and manages the administration of the Project Management function. They are responsible for Initial setup of projects in the project and portfolio management system, supporting the Project approval process and managing the purchase requests for US projects. This position will all support the facilitation of Global Project Approval Committee (PAC) meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule, facilitate, and record global PAC meetings for all product teams weekly.
  • Manage Dir PMOs schedule including managing and sending meeting invites and arranging travel.
  • Auditing and distribution of material for the Global PAC meetings
  • Record PAC action items and work with the global project management engineering team to drive to closure.
  • General team and SharePoint folder administration
  • Perform general administration of the PMO systems and tools
  • Initiate and track Purchase Requests for engineering in US
  • Monitor and report to the PMO community on project status.
  • Define and create MS Teams dashboards to drive engineering efficiency improvements.
  • Facilitate periodic PMO meetings.
  • Facilitate local Harrisburg team activities.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement activities for the PMO.

What your background should look like:

Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree or equivalent preferred
  • 4 years of administrative support experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate at executive level
  • Ability to work in a global environment able to accommodate varying time zones and able to collaborate with individuals across multiple geographies. PAC meetings are global and will require that this individual can routinely facilitate early morning and evening meetings)
  • Experienced meeting facilitator able to keep participants on topic, achieve all meeting goals, and achieve meeting closure within allotted meeting time.
  • Strong communicator able to articulate points of view clearly and concisely in a global setting with a diverse audience including senior leadership.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience with Power BI or dashboarding desired

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $49,360-74,040 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
