## Overview

## Duties
– Conduct consultations with residential clients to understand their energy requirements

– Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
– Utilize sales techniques to promote energy solutions effectively
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
## Skills
– Experience in sales, particularly in the energy sector
– Knowledge of energy market trends and products
– Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions
– Previous experience in Solar sales or technical sales is a plus
– Proficiency in door-to-door sales techniques
– Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base
– Strong leadership skills to drive sales initiatives and motivate team members
