Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for clean energy? Are you able to set and close your own deals? Join our team as a Solar Setter/Closer and play a crucial role in helping homeowners embrace solar power!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with interested customers to assess their solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy in a clear and compelling manner.
- Prepare and present custom solar proposals to potential customers, addressing their unique energy requirements.
- Overcome objections and concerns to help customers make informed decisions about solar installations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to successful solar installations.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends and new product developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:
- Experience in door-to-door appointment setting/closing sales.
- Solar sales experience is a requirement.
- Spanish-speaking preferred.
- Passionate about renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for door-to-door activities.
