Job Title: Graduate Program – Business Development

Location: Brookshire, Texas

Duration: 15-month Graduate Associate Program

Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated individuals with an undergraduate degree in engineering and a masters degree in business administration to join our dynamic Business Development team. As a Graduate Associate, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various facets of business development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Help in the preparation of business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support the Business Development team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Completion of an MBA program from a reputable institution.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably through internships or co-op programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
