Job Summary:
As a Solar Appointment Setter, you’ll be a key member of our team, responsible for generating interest in solar solutions and scheduling appointments for our Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement and Lead Generation: Proactively engage with homeowners through direct-to-consumer interactions, including door-to-door canvassing and phone calls, to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives to further discuss our offerings with interested homeowners. Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in our CRM system.
- Representative Support: Provide support to Sales Representatives by ensuring leads are properly followed up and appointments are attended. Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets. Drive towards personal and team goals to maximize results and contribute to company success.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to engage with homeowners through door-to-door interactions and phone calls.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to travel to different neighborhoods.

Work Location: Multiple locations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $4,719.66 – $8,333.07 per month / $53,042.00 – $136,011.00 per year. Compete for Top Setter of Blitz, Month and Year for additional bonuses. Bonuses include swag, cash prizes and all expenses paid trips.
