Responsibilities:
Install, solar panels and equipment on residential homes
Work on a variety of solar projects, mainly residential
Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Communicate effectively with other project managers, team members, and clients
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with solar systems
Requirements: No prior eperience needed.
Some knowledge of the National Electric Code and local building codes
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and schematics
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to work independently and be a team player
