Senior Accounts Payable Associate – Expense Reporting

Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Auditing employee expense reports by applying company policies related to business travel, corporate credit card usage, and expense report submission.
  • Using an online expense reporting application (e.g., Chrome River, Concur, etc.) for expense report and itemized receipt submissions and audits.
  • Support the Chrome River expense reporting system and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the system. Collaborate with IT and AP team members to refine configurations and perform user acceptance testing for changes made.
  • Process corporate credit card applications after verifying proper management approval, and cancel corporate cards when cardholders terminate.
  • Discuss expense report exceptions with the employee and the approving manager to ensure they understand the applicable policy requirements and to prevent future exceptions.
WHAT YOULL NEED
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management; or an equivalent combination of education and extensive, dedicated full-cycle accounts payable experience.
  • Minimum of three years of dedicated full-cycle accounts payable experience, with at least one of those years spent in the Employee Expense Reporting function.
