MGA Research Corporation is seeking Energy Storage Test Engineers with a strong technical background, who can seamlessly transition between independent and team-based responsibilities. This role involves hands-on engagement in testing energy storage systems including cells, modules, packs, and full vehicles.
Job Duties And Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met, while providing exceptional service throughout the project.
- Manage the technical details of testing in progress, including “hands-on” tasks, to ensure tests are conducted accurately and in accordance with relevant industry standards.
- Maintain daily communication with project engineers and test teams to forecast resource needs and prioritize customer workloads.
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, incorporating innovative approaches and methodologies.
Requirements And Skills:
- It is critical to have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical preferred).:
- Background in electrical field:
- Comfortable with high voltage circuits (600V DC is common):
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors.
- Strong desire to work in an advanced technical field.
