Job Description
Solar Energy World is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Service Supervisor to lead our team of solar service technicians. The Solar Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch solar service while leading a team of technicians to complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of solar service technicians to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service by identifying and resolving customer issues
- Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine the scope of work needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage and maintain inventory of parts, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the solar service team
- Monitor and maintain service schedules to ensure timely completion of work orders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of solar technology, installation, and maintenance
- Understanding of electrical systems and principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
