As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert of solar installations on residential homes. Most of your work as a Solar Panel Installer will be outdoors and at height.
- 2+ years of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs, and performing repetitious duties such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25- 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
- Ability to safely handle technical equipment and tools used for installation
- Mapping out the roof to determine where panels should be installed
- Responsible for drilling clean holes into the rafters to prepare for lag bolts
- Ensuring you and the team adheres to strict health and safety guidelines
- Interfacing with clients to make sure they understand the scope of work
- Communicating updates and job completion to Project Coordinators and other company Leader
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
