A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Turbine Service/PAS Resource Coordinator, your day will consist of sending resource requests for upcoming jobs, communicating with the field technicians and engineers, and setting up requirements for international deployments.

  • Building resource requests for upcoming jobs
  • Communication with techs and engineer
  • Set up requirements for international deployments
  • Organize the tracking sheet for deployment records
  • Tracking deployment time
  • Working with Salesforce
  • Dispatch engineers and technicians to field assignments based on Manager staffing
  • Contact internal customers to ensure site information is accurate prior to dispatching. i.e. Training, Site specific requirements
  • Maintain workforce tracking systems i.e. SFDC Lightning, Spreadsheets
  • Connect with outside alternate resource vendors
  • First Level of communication from the field on time and expense issues

What You Bring

BS in related discipline (communications, administration) or equivalent experience
Dispatching technical service providers or related field with at least 1 or year of on-the-job experience is preferred
Detailed knowledge and understanding of TS capabilities and product offerings
Strong communication skills
Must be efficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
