Partner with our expert group of home improvement professionals to help us generate new sales for our company.
We are looking for motivated, intelligent, friendly, and sociable people of all ages and backgrounds who can help us to canvass in neighborhoods around the DC/MD/VA area.
Your job will be to knock on doors and help homeowners understand their options when it comes to repairing, renovating, and improving their homes.
What we do
Our company specializes in assisting homeowners that have suffered storm damage, experienced seasonal wear and tear or natural disasters, and many other problems associated with owning and maintaining a home.
Our trained inspectors are there to support you and the sales team on the spot, and our office managers are in close touch with every lead you generate.
We are focused currently on roof restoration, solar installations, and storm damage reparations; we will soon be expanding into remodeling, interior design, additions, and solar.

Specific duties:
- Finding qualified leads as a canvasser in local neighborhoods
- Explaining what services our company offers
- Scheduling inspections with homeowners
- Working with a motivated team
- Keeping clear records of each contact you make in the field
Compensation structure: Base pay + lead and bonus incentives
