As our Sustainability Research Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
Apply complex research methods to perform research supporting a range of energy programs and policies
Implement DGS green policies, practices, and procedures
Monitor the impact of legislation and market changes related to funding programs
Evaluate, influence, and develop sustainability policies that support the advancement and use of clean technology
Deliver improved data collection, analysis, and presentation
Track data for the statewide electric vehicle program
Administer the Energy Efficient State Property Revolving Fund
Desired Skills and Experience
Building/facility energy storage and Microgrid research background
Ability to analyze complex sustainability issues and present information clearly
Ability to develop creative approaches and solutions to sustainability challenges
Sustainability policy research experience
The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
