We are currently seeking a Business Support Engineer specializing in Accounting and Financial systems for our overseas manufacturing bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial system requirements and design solutions for overseas manufacturing bases. This includes communicating with key users, organizing and confirming solutions, and overseeing development and implementation.
- Address application-related issues in the financial systems of overseas manufacturing bases.
- Provide technical support for monthly financial settlements at overseas manufacturing bases.
- Drive the development of industry-financial integration, continuously enhancing the automation and intelligence of financial system processes to improve analytical and decision-making efficiency.
- Lead the rollout and implementation of financial systems at overseas manufacturing bases, including system testing and user training.
Qualifications:
- A full-time undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in finance or computer science.
- Over 5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining financial information systems in large corporations, including at least 3 years of experience with one of the Oracle EBS financial modules (cost, receivables, payables, assets, general ledger)/EAM/Hyperion Planning/fund management systems.
- Familiarity with the structure, operation, and management of large enterprises internal financial processes and digital financial systems.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively drive plan and project implementation through cross-team and cross-department collaboration.
- Excellent critical thinking and expression skills, with the ability to swiftly translate business needs into system solutions.
