Job Summary:
We are seeking an Solar Assistant/ Solar Leads to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Contractors in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and Solar Panels and Thermal Panels. This role offers the opportunity to learn and develop skills in the Solar field.
Duties:
– Assist Contractors with installing and repairing Solar systems in commercial and residential settings.
– Help with Panel installation, wiring, taking down the panels and putting them back .
– Learn to do qualities control on all resets of panels systems and be able to long hours on the ROOF.
– Support in troubleshooting issues on Inverters.
– Aid in working with a team to get multiple jobs done in a day .
– Handle and maintain power tools for Solar work.
Requirements:
-Little to no experience or Experience Installs
– Basic knowledge of Solar Inverter systems and Panels.
– Ability to use power tools safely and effectively.
– Willingness to learn from experienced Sub Contractors.
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
– Physical stamina for lifting and working in various environments.
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
