The ideal candidate for this Service Administrator position should thrive working in a fast-paced customer focused environment. The Service Administrator is the essential link to ensure a smooth experience and transaction flow between our customers and our service team.

What are we looking for

  • High School Diploma (required) / Associates degree (preferred).
  • Two (2) years in a parts and/or service related role (required).
  • Experience working in Construction or industrial HVAC industry (preferred).
  • Mechanical aptitude (preferred).
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Strong communication and customer services skills (required).
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines (required).
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc.
