Job Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between R&D, production, sales, and inside sales teams to maintain the integrity of the Mincon Mast System product lines marketing, production, and service processes. The role focuses on the Americas region with a global perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Material Management: Ensure the availability of up-to-date marketing materials for sales teams and customers.
Bill of Materials (BOM) Oversight: Maintain accurate BOMs accessible to customers, sales, production, and inside sales teams.
Product Offering Clarity: Define and communicate standard offerings and options clearly.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with production to establish suppliers, part numbers, and pricing, ensuring ease of access for inside sales.
Cross-Departmental Communication: Facilitate ongoing dialogue between R&D, production, sales, and inside sales teams.
Post-Sale Process Assurance: Implement processes for production, shipping, and order consistency post-sale.
Innovation Management: Establish a protocol for evaluating new customer ideas or features through R&D and production before sales decisions.
Customer Service Excellence: Guarantee comprehensive service support, including startup assistance, training, and after-sales service.
Dealer Network Expansion: Drive initiatives outside of our dealer network to expand market reach.
Qualifications:
Engineering background with knowledge of SolidWorks.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
