Job Title: Order Processor

Department: Customer Service

Reporting to: Order Processing Manager

Location: Shelbyville, KY (ON-SITE)

Greenfield is looking for an Order Processor to join our growing team.

The primary focus of the Order Processing Representative 1 is to process orders and interface with customers through phone and email to ensure their needs are met and that all regulatory requirements are satisfied.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Auditing and processing orders that arrive via email, fax, or mail
  • Ensure all required regulatory information is received, reviewed, and properly documented to prepare orders for shipment
  • Record customer information within our database
  • Email required documentation to customers
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and properly address concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company and department processes
  • Taking inbound calls
