Job Opportunity: Quality Specialist – Manufacturing

Department: Quality

Location: Wilmer, TX

Your Role:

  • Youll be the guardian of quality in our production workshop, managing and inspecting the quality of our work.
  • Youll oversee the inspection of materials, outsourced products, and directly purchased products during the production process.
  • Youll maintain and enhance our quality management system, quality inspection standards, control plans, work instructions, and FMEA revisions.
  • Youll supervise and handle the tracking of production quality anomalies, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Youll champion our new products and formulate the corresponding quality standards.
  • Youll analyze customer complaints and feedback on product quality issues, propose corrective measures and continuously improve.
  • Youll have the opportunity to join a training program in South East Asia and China.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in a Production Line Manufacturing setting required.
  • An Associate degree or Technical degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
