Duties/Responsibilities:

• Measure roofs to calculate materials needed.
• Replace damaged or deteriorated joists and plywood.
• Remove existing roof systems efficiently and safely.
• Install vapor barriers and insulation layers as required.
• Implement roof ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of renewable energy sources is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Physical capability to perform tasks involving climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on achieving high-quality results.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• roofing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Louisiana: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: On the road
