Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. Whether you’re a completely new setter or an experienced closer, we have opportunities for you to grow and succeed. Our comprehensive training programs, led by experienced managers, will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
New Setters:
- Identify potential customers.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team.
Experienced Closers:
- Present and sell solar solutions to homeowners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Close deals and manage the sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications:
- No experience required for setters; we will train you!
- Sales experience preferred for closers, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $68,400.00 – $87,600.00 per year
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
