Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of leads to successfully grow sales
• Manage leads (no cold calls!) and call customers interested in purchasing one of our products
• Educate potential customers on the benefits and value of adding solar, battery, roofing, and HVAC systems to their home
• Answer questions and educate potential customers on the steps required to add solar or one of our other products to their home
• Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with potential customers into the Salesforce CRM system
• Maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year of experience in inside solar, HVAC, or roofing sales
• Ability to work remote, either from home or from an office that has high speed internet for soft phone systems
• Must live in AZ, CA, TX, FL, NV, WA, OR, CO or IL
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft, Zenifits, Aurora, Livechat, and Eagleview) highly desired but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and to secure aHIS license (Home Improvement Sales License)
