### Position Scope

In this key role, you will be instrumental in scaling our sustainability efforts through client advocacy. Your mission is to drive client growth and profitability by cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with clients to unlock new revenue streams and guide them on sustainability and net-zero strategies, leveraging our expertise in energy, real estate, capital markets, and technology.

### What We Need

  • 5-7 years of B2B experience in business development, sales operations, or strategic marketing
  • Strong understanding of real estate, energy, and the built environment
  • BA/BS degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

### What We Want

  • Strong interest in sustainability, energy transition, and cleantech
  • Relevant experience in renewables, asset decarbonization, sustainable financing, or carbon modeling
  • Demonstrated leadership in a professional or extracurricular setting
  • Proficiency in quantitative analytics and data interpretation
  • Experience with HubSpot

### Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives for new and existing clients
  • Research and prioritize prospective accounts
  • Lead the sales cycle by pursuing and nurturing leads
  • Develop and follow up on proposals
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to make client-ready recommendations
  • Maintain internal tools and dashboards for business development and marketing visibility
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement recommendations and enhance ESG capabilities
  • Facilitate communication among clients and internal stakeholders
  • Research ESG market trends for service opportunities
  • Perform assigned duties as needed

### Location

This position is based in the US and is fully remote.

### Travel

Up to 30% travel within the US and possibly internationally.
