Overview:
We are seeking one professional to join our team as SolarPro. MUST HAVE A MARYLAND HOME IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (MHIC) license and experience in virtual selling and solar sales is ideal. As a SolarPro, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential clients in Maryland.
Responsibilities:
– Run preset appointments virtually.
– Conduct virtual sales presentations via Zoom or other online platforms.
– Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy systems and provide customized solutions based on their needs.
– Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
– Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
– Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Requirements:
– Must have a valid MARYLAND HOME IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (MHIC) license.
– Proven experience in virtual selling and solar sales is preferred.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
– Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
– Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer with video capabilities for virtual meetings.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based and will be structured on a 1099 basis. Earn competitive commissions for each successful sale, with potential for high earnings based on performance and sales volume.
