Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and revenue growth in assigned territory

2. Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and partners

3. Provide technical support to customers and distributors to ensure the correct application of products and services

4. Proactively identify new business opportunities and markets for Pylontech’s products and services

5. Collaborate with different departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

6. Distribute sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to upper management

7. Provide training and education to customers, distributors, partners, and internal sales team members

8. Maintain up-to-date sales records, presentations, and proposals

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related field

2. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development in the renewable energy, battery, or energy storage industry

2. Excellent knowledge of sales and business operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and planning

3. A Strong network of contacts within the renewable energy, battery, or energy storage industry

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural, and international environment

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Fluent English skills; Spanish is an advantage
