As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and oversight of our MySol-Ark Mobile App & cloud monitoring platform.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

· Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company’s mission and objectives.

· Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the cloud monitoring platform.

Product Development:

· Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, including engineering, design, and marketing.

Feature Definition and Prioritization:

· Identify and prioritize critical features and functionalities based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.

· Work closely with engineering teams to ensure specifications and timelines deliver features.

Market Research and Analysis:

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to cloud monitoring platforms.

· Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.

Stakeholder Communication:

· Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, engineering, and sales and marketing teams.

· Collaborate with customers to gather and incorporate feedback into the product development process.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cloud monitoring platform and regularly assess product performance against these metrics.

· Implement strategies to optimize product features and user experience based on performance data

Requirements

Experience:

· 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on cloud-based platforms.

· Track record of successfully launching and managing products through their lifecycle.

Industry Knowledge:

· Familiarity with solar and storage technologies and the broader renewable energy sector.

Technical Skills:

· Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate with engineering teams.

· Knowledge of cloud computing and monitoring technologies.

Communication and Leadership:

· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.

· Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
