What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Underwriting Experience: A solid background in underwriting, particularly in renewable energy or related fields. Experience with natural catastrophe underwriting and natcat software is a plus.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of information, develop a well-supported thesis, and clearly communicate your proposals.
- Operational Capability: Comfort with a startup environment where a hands-on, action-oriented approach is essential.
- Self-Starter: Ability to independently lead and manage projects while knowing when to seek support and trust your analytical processes.
