Job Overview As the Strategic Sourcing Program Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing and succeeding long-term objectives within the AD&M business unit. The role requires a high level of interaction with various global organizational functions, including Product Management, Sales, Legal, Engineering, & Operations. The role acts as both a change agent and a continuous improvement advocate. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated strength in collaboration & task execution in a high-visibility role within the organization.

Please note: This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively “items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these regulations, it may be necessary for TE to verify a candidate’s national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required prior to releasing its technologies to the candidate. Responsibilities

  • Managing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leading project planning sessions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinating with various departments and teams to gather requirements and resources.
  • Tracking project performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitating regular project meetings and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively understand business needs and ensure there is no overlap in projects or resources.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 yrs. of related experience or recent MBA graduate
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or Business Transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Lean, & Agile).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in a government contracting or other regulated industry such as cGMP/FDA environment.
  • PMP Certification is a plus

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $85,000 – 105,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
