Senior Account Executive, West Coast

Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a market leading Flavor Manufacturer seeking a West Coast based Senior Account Executive.

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads, creating long lasting client relationships and executing sales plans to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Seek out new business opportunities in the flavor industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customized flavor solutions.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while acquiring new clients.
• Report sales metrics and performance
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as directed.
• Attend key business and trade events.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the industry and products.
• Lead cross-functional teams in creating innovative prototypes for client presentations.
• Understand the competitive landscape and industry trends in the region.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, consultative sales, and communication skills.
• Promote company programs and services within the assigned territory.

To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:

• Minimum of 5 years selling flavors
• Bachelors degree or equivalent within relevant industry
• A proven ability to drive growth in the F&B industry
• Excellent relationship management skills
