Regional Sales Manager Eastern US (REMOTE)

Location: Remote

Renowned for being the leader in battery-free flywheel UPS systems, this respected company is experiencing consistent expansion, serving a dedicated clientele including Fortune 100 companies while actively broadening its customer base.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing and new channels to drive product line growth within a predetermined geographic territory. This is done by selling their line of battery free, flywheel UPS and battery storage products to partners and directly to end-users.

The company is looking for someone who can technically sell and explain the features, benefits, and aspects of the company’s product line. The Regional Sales Manager will also participate in regional and national trade shows.

Experience

Ideally you have a thorough understanding of and experience in working with back up/emergency power and power protection, including UPS systems. You also have experience selling products and services to Data Centers, Power Protection and/ or IT Industry sectors.

You are based anywhere in the United States and are comfortable working remotely from a home-based office.

We are looking for 5-10 years of proven success in partner and territory development, complex enterprise sales, and proficient account management; experience in start-ups preferred.

Added pluses are experience working in a high-intensity, fast paced environment with ability to self-manage priorities and objectives. Proven success collaborating with manufacturer’s representatives, regional system integrators, general contractors, property management companies, and the company’s server and other OEM partners in a territory to support the development of business.

Other Requirments

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or more than 5 years direct sales or channel management experience in the power or datacenter infrastructure environment.
  • Technically inclined, must have experience selling UPS systems. Must be able to technically discuss critical/backup power to Engineering firms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Able to acquire valid US passport
  • Engineering or technology background experience preferred.
