Taylor Hopkinson is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Onshore Wind Project Manager advisory business in the Americas to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of onshore wind energy projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Establish project milestones and monitor progress against established timelines.
Project Execution and Management:
- Lead project execution activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed of project status and developments.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to address non-conformities and deviations from project specifications.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for value-added services and support business development initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline project processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze project performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing onshore wind energy projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery for an advisory firm.
- In-depth knowledge of onshore wind energy systems, components, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
