Job Title: Senior Development Manager

Company: Successful Solar Developer Specializing in Community/DG Solar Projects across the US

Compensaton: $110,000 – $140,000 + Bonus

Job Summary:

A successful solar developer specializing in community and distributed generation (DG) solar projects across the US with proficiency in dual-use agrivoltaic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project life cycle of solar projects, ensuring successful development from concept to completion including but not limited to permitting, interconnection, due diligence, stakeholder relations, and bid preparation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Report to the VP of Development, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing renewable energy assets, with a preference for solar projects.
• Proficiency in dual-use agrivoltaic projects preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full project life cycle.
• Ability to work well remotely and independently, demonstrating efficient problem-solving skills.
• Comfort in a small team environment, with a willingness to collaborate when necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
