The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antitrust law, excellent writing skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist in deposition preparation and conduct witness interviews.Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.Collaborate with senior attorneys in trial preparation and strategy.Attend hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings as required.Provide legal advice and support to clients on antitrust compliance matters.Stay updated on developments in antitrust laws and regulations.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation at a reputable law firm.Strong understanding of antitrust laws, regulations, and procedures.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with complex commercial litigation cases involving antitrust issues.Clerkship experience in federal or state court.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, concise advice.Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
