The ideal candidate will play a key role in leveraging the power of biology to address emissions while making valuable agricultural products. This position involves conducting cutting-edge research, collaborating cross functionally and driving the green revolution through innovative findings!
⚡ Key Responsibilities:

Fertilizer Testing and Analysis: Conduct rigorous fertilizer tests, analyze soil and plant samples, and evaluate the effectiveness of various fertilizer formulations in promoting soil health.

Research & Development: Lead and execute research projects aimed at improving fertilizer efficiency, nutrient management, and sustainable farming practices.

Field Trials: Design, implement, and monitor field trials to test new fertilizer products and techniques, ensuring robust data collection and analysis to support product development.

Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from field trials and laboratory tests, preparing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations based on findings.

Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create and refine fertilizer products based on research insights and field trial results.
⚡ Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, soil science or a related field. Further education and experience may be preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agronomy, with a focus on fertilizer testing, production, and soil analysis.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of soil science, plant nutrition, and fertilizer formulations. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and field-testing tools.

Production Experience: Experience in overseeing + scaling-up the production process in an agricultural setting, ensuring quality control and operational efficiency.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present research findings and technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Project Management: Experience in managing research projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
