Job Summary
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing information, systems, and process flows surrounding the company’s inventory. This position provides specialized assistance to our customers by acting on a variety of requests including, but not limited to, order management, pricing, shipment, and other related activities that will support end users, service and sales associates, and management in achieving excellent customer service. This position will act as a liaison between Engineering, Customer Care managers, Accounting, and Customers to ensure all orders meet the Concentric standards.
