Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) – Grand Prairie, TX

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for a position based in Grand Prairie, TX. The position will require working flexible hours and travel out of the assigned geographical area to support suppliers across the United States and possibly some international suppliers.

Duties Include

Performance at suppliers of scheduled product source inspections, first article inspections, and product line validations as outlined by AS9102 and applicable company and industry standards.

Provide internal and supplier support for root cause and corrective/preventive actions tied to Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).

Support Supplier requests tied to program requirements, interface with customer needs and program management activities.

Participate (as required) in supplier’s failure / diagnosis and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.

Perform on-going surveillance of supplier’s conformance to Lockheed Martin requirement documents and provide written weekly reports.

Provide technical liaison support related to quality engineering matters.

Ensure supplier contract flow-down requirements are implemented and verified and interfaces with supplier on a daily basis.
