Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join as key player in the dynamic world of Solar and Energy Storage, overseeing cutting-edge projects with an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of project, representing to key stakeholders such as the EPC, Owner’s Engineer, Local Jurisdiction, and community members
• Take charge of ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the EPC, being the linchpin of project success
• Deliver detailed and insightful daily and weekly progress reports, analyzing and showcasing work done against set expectations
• Collaborate closely with the Owners Engineer to craft comprehensive progress reports
• Uphold strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations, ensuring a safe, secure and efficient project environment
• Engage actively in both weekly and daily EPC site meetings, fostering communication and collaboration
• Validate project reports and payment requests
• Directly report to project and home office leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and project success

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction management, particularly in utility-scale electrical construction projects and utility-scale solar; knowledge of battery systems is a plus
• Willingness to be based on-site with a predictable monthly rotation to ensure a healthy work-life balance
• Demonstrated leadership skills in effectively managing and guiding teams towards project success
