Your Role:

  • Master and advocate for solar technology and our innovative sales tools.
  • Excel in sales by engaging prospects, crafting bespoke proposals, and closing deals.
  • Surpass sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of every interaction.
  • Champion customer service, building lasting relationships and a robust referral network.

Responsibilities:

  • Master solar technology and our advanced proposal software.
  • Drive sales through prospecting, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Engage homeowners with informed discussions, tailored proposals, and financing solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create advocates and generate referrals.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with weekend flexibility.

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience with Lead Generation
  • D2D Selling Experience Required

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Work Location: Hybrid (Home-based, with local travel and occasional office meetings).
