We are looking for a Construction Manager with a background in Wind Turbine Projects to join our team! The ideal candidate would have at least four years of experience working on a 200MW Wind Turbine Project. If this sounds like you, apply below!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction quality to ensure adherence to supplier agreements and construction contracts.
- Track construction progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule for all contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the main point of contact between on-site contractors, property owners, government officials, the public, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor safety performance of contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Write weekly reports and take photos of what’s happening on-site, including any talks or agreements with contractors, suppliers, site owners, government officials, or anyone else involved.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience working on Wind Turbine Projects.
- Several years of experience in construction management, particularly in renewable energy or wind turbine projects.
- Knowledge of wind turbine technology and installation processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
