Investment Associate – Renewable Energy Infrastructure

Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading private equity firm specializing in infrastructure investments. We are seeking an Investments Associate to join their team in New York City. The firm has a flexible approach to investing across various infrastructure sectors, with a focus on long-term value creation and sustainable practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking or private equity, along with a genuine passion for infrastructure and sustainable investing. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in finance/investing, particularly in private equity or investment banking within infrastructure, energy, industrials and/or business services
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure and sustainability
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
